I purchased my TV used without the manual or remote. I ordered a new remote control but it is not working at all (I have Comcast Cable and they recently installed a box for a better picture and and have been using their remote control but I cannot adjust the width of the picture correctly- the height is cutting off words,showing a wide picture, and I cannot restore it to its normal size)
