tv cannot find any channels just blue screen have ...

tv cannot find any channels just blue screen have went thru all menue options and cannot get past blue screen with no channels. I think parental lock may be on without us meaning to but without manual cannot get anywhere with the parental lock option from menue option. please help...

0 this might help, make sure your tv is on the proper setting, eg. cable/air , hdtv//air, etc. you can check this by pressing the menu button on your remote, of on the side of the tv. Next, scroll to the Setup function. or the TV function. you should see the word Default or Reset. Press whichever one you have. This should do it. If not, run the Scan. This should correct your problem. Hope it helps!
