I have a 42 inch strobing polaroid tv. The tv starts flickering (picture) after it is on for 15 minutes. I have unplugged the cable to see if it strobes on the blue screen an it does. Do you have any suggestions? I have taken the tv apart an I can't locate any bad capacitors.
