PLEASE HELP...

I TURNED MY TV ON BY THE TV NOT THE REMOTE AND IT CAME ON BUT I HAVE NO PICTURE I HAVE SOUND BUT NO PICTURE I CAN CHANGE THE CHANEL AND CAN TURN THE VOLUME UP AND DOWN.... WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY TV
