Question About Polaroid TV DVD Combo Ssdv2311-l1-d0

I've mislaid the manual and now can't set the time in order to use the auto sleep timer to stop my daughter watching tv past the allowed time. I've looked at manuals for the other Polaroid TVs on here but it seems the on-screen menus are not quite the same. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks
