Question About Prima Donna Designs Flat Panel Television LV-1510P
malfunction...

i have a 32 inch prima tv which i bought new on friday 31-10-08 i lost 4 of my 5 terrestrial channels but all other channels ok so i tried to re tune but a message came up saying insert pin number ut i have never inputted a pin number so how do i get round this pin number problem
