Hooked up to Direct TV. Have Direct Menu and infor...

Hooked up to Direct TV. Have Direct Menu and informational headers when changing channels. Direct working. Had TV on. Lost picture but still had sound. Changed channels to see if Program problem or TV. Lost sound and pictures on all channels although could still get direct menue and header info when changing channels. Can you help.
