Suddenly my old proscan CRT model PS31122 will not...

Suddenly my old proscan CRT model PS31122 will not turn on. the serial # is 3513665902. I'm fairly handy, is there anything I could do about this? It will not turn on with the remote or by pushing the "on" button on the TV
