I have a Proscan PLDED3992A-C that is 2yrs old. Now the picture is flashing in and out like from normal to dark contrast. I have tried unplugging the TV, changing inputs and tried different types of inputs, such as satellite, game console, etc. It behaves the same in all circumstances. Any suggestions? Thanks
