need help it sounds like a fan is broken in my pro...

need help it sounds like a fan is broken in my proscan 19" tv/dvd combo PLED1945A. I live in an extremely remote area and do not have access to a repair person. When watching a dvd a really loud noise like fan is running and I have to turn the television up really loud to hear anything over the noise.
