Question About ProScan Flat Panel Television None
neon colors when monitor is hooked up...

If you could please help, I have no idea what to do. When I turn on the monitor it comes on in neon colors and only once in awhile will it come on with normal color and picture quality. Anything you can advise me on how to fix?
