Question About ProScan Flat Panel Television None
No display or sound...

Fuse F801 good but no voltage reading at fuse. With power on, should I get reading at the fuse? I get voltage out of white plug that plugs to board. No obvious signs of heat. No raised caps that I can tell. Would it be an inverter board or power board HLP-45A01?
