I believe this is the correct model tv----- We went to set up a parental password to lock the tv at a cetain time at night so the kids cannot run the tv all night- but it says there is a password already on it and there is no reset nor can i get into the parental controls-- I believe one of the kids put a password in and they are sayingf they didnt- pl;ease help
