i have a square in the niddle of my screen with a ...

i have a square in the niddle of my screen with a bunch of blue lines it doesnt fill the whole screen just a square about12 by 12 inches in the middle. Gets worse and stays there unless i turn the tv off then it comes back and cant watch the show. Can see thru all the lines but it is not watchable. Hope that makes sense. Any suggestions
