Question About Proview Flat Panel Television 3200
please help...

Hi i have a proview tv 3200 it ' s a gift i dont have a manual the tv is used but it looks in perfect condition like new but it wont turn on only a blue then a yellow lights turn on that'$ it but no picture no sound. What can i do? Help please thanks
