we have purchased this tv for our garage tv used from a local retailer that had a pre-programmed vchip password - have no clue what it is, and we are unable to watch anything above pg13. Contacted retailer and they said "that why we gave you good deal!" (nothing nice to say here) - I have tried to contact Proview (appears to be out of business), downloaded and scoured user manual (nothing useful). Running out of options.
