I have a Quasar tv purchased in dec. 2013. Suddenly the picture went out but the sound continued. When I tried to get the picture back with the related remote buttons, the sound stopped too. I have no idea what to try. I can't see anything on the screen except a VERY faint QUASAR when it first turns on then nothing.
