I have a Quasar TV, color counsel. On occasion 3 horizontal black bars appear with yellowish / green crosses. When it does this, the remote is unresponsive. It may not do it for 2 months, then when it happens it may stay like this for a week, then go back to working. Yes, I know it is an old set, 1992, but I like the cabinet and TV and I'm not quite ready to toss it out. Any ideas? Thanks
