Question About Quasar TV VCR Combo V V-1303A
Cant Stop My TV From Scrolling...

When i turn on my tv and try the turn the channel down all it does it scroll through the channels. i dont have it hooked up to any channels so it doesnt find any and doesnt seem to stop. I simply want to use it for gaming and make it go down 2 channels. i dont know the # for their customer service and i lost the manual sometime in 2000. PLZ HELP!!
