can Radio shack u -remote control work on a dtx955...

can Radio shack u -remote control work on a dtx9550 Digitial converter box also radio shack? If so what do I push to set it up and what is the code no luck getting it set up. I tried set vcr-dvd and code 819 818 820 821 354 465 899 819 no luck doing something wrong. I did set and std did not work
