I have a big button RadioShack remote Cat.No.15-310, your list of remotes does not include this model?How would anyone get info on your products if you do not list them?I thought that it being a radioshack product I could find info about it,however instead, I have found your site less than friendly,and not helpful.I would not reccomend a radioshack product to anyone if this is the kind of follow up service that is to be expected.
