model no. 15-2138 when I press the p and the bottom programming keys light up they do not flash and as soon as I press any of the programming keys the little house finish key disappears and the keys never flash twice and the only way to get the programming keys back is to remove batteries and then replace and turn unit on. I am unable to progam this remote to do anything not even to restore to factory defaults which I am not sure if they were ever changed in the first place but they will not work for my setup anyway. I have a durabrand tv a direct tv hd satalite box (my tv is not hd) and I have a sony dvr can you tell me what I need to do plus also send me a code for the tv you dont seem to have one listed
