This website is ridiculous! I have been trying to get a manual for my RadioShack remote and all I get is this stupid page with everyone else's ?'s. I will never get another remote from RadioShack again. Any other website is user friendly. This one is horrible and I still have a new remote I can not use because the manual is no where to be found for remote 15-302. The site is far from helpful!!!!
