My RCA RTB10223 worked fine for the past year and ...

My RCA RTB10223 worked fine for the past year and a half. Last couple weeks, red standby light was on but unit wouldnt work until a few pushes of the power supply button. Today it wont come on at all. Whats up? Is it an easy fix or ready for the trash can?
