0 I need to get a software update as for my RCA rtb1100 blu ray player as it is shutting down for now reason within minutes of turning it on. I tried to do the update via the network but I get a server 7001 error... try again later. So I'm trying to find the update so I can do it manually via a usb thumbdrive. Anybody know where I can find this update? I tried RCA but they haven't returned my calls or emails.
