My RCA truflat model 20F511T tv can’t find all a...

My RCA truflat model 20F511T tv can’t find all avail. channels in auto search on CATV or TV setting .. tv found them before, when 1st hooked to cable box but was later told cable box no longer needed—just hook cable to TV .. we did & now tv only finds about 25 (whether direct cable or rehooked to box) .. had about 100 channels before .. other RCA home tv (diff. model) found all avail. channels w/no problems … help?

0 The provided manual link referred to above was only 2 pages ... a cover sheet and a spec sheet. As a result, I still need help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
