Recently had this tv start automatically raise the volume to level 100. Would not go lower. Remote would not work even after putting in new batteries. Used control buttons on front of tv to try and change channel, it raised the volume. Model 14F512T SN G124EE984 Service No 14F512T 131. Any ideas? Am original owner
