Dear Sir: I am having trouble opening the disc tray on my RCA DVD Recorder, Model DRC8040N. I checked my user's guide for help, but it offered only one possible problem. That is, I must have the lock feature activated. But that is not the case for me. What else could my problem be? The disc tray opened for me a few times two days ago, but it hasn't opened since after trying many times. Thank you for any help you can give me. Greg
