0 I've had one of these for a few years. Bought it off ebay to dub vhs to dvd. Never used it for that but was able to play tapes and dvds up until I installed a digital converter box. A tech said that the RCA DVD recorder is faulty as signal is not going thru it. Tried to connect it up w/o the converter and it still doesn't work. Pulls up menu etc but will not play. Any ideas? Thanks!
