0 I have a DRC 8335 system and have had problems since it was new. It sometimes will not record o DVD-RW disks and tells me there is a problems with the disk. I have tried several different brands and still have the same problem. I tried faster and slower disks, and the problem is still the same. I would send it in for warranty, but cannot find the purchase receipt. Can you help with firmware updates
