Question About RCA DVD VCR Combo DRC8300N
dvd door opening...

When the cover is off the door opens easily. When I put metal cover on the door will not open and the tray will not come out. Is there something about the magnet? It seems like it is too strong to allow it to work.

0 I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT, I WOULD SAY IT'S A DESIGN FLAW
