Question About RCA DVD VCR Combo drc8295n
My DVD/VCR is frozen with both recording lights on...

My DVD/VCR is frozen with both recording lights on. It will not power off, will not eject a VHS tape, and will not open the DVD tray. We did not press the record button. The player was unplugged for a short time and when plugged back in, this happened. HELP!!!
