27 in tv with guide plus 2005 model...

my g/f baby was playing with remote(replacement)not original hit menu button some how locked out parental control an cant figure out how to reset it.plus the guide plus doesn't function i reset all the steps an shut off tv over night an nothing.any way to disable it completely it becoming a huge hassel
