I Need a Manual...

Hello my Tv is having issues not showing a pic. I can turn the power on an see the options menu, but no channels even with cable. I purchased this item an had cable installed and need the manual or help with getting this taken care of. Thank you. This is the info I can give right now.....# L46D22, Serial # H091e1108
