dont turn on...

like turn on with sound, not video and after 4 or 5 sec is turn off

0 im sorry i meant the power went out and when it came back on the tv wouldnt power back up. i pressed the power button and it will light up like it is going to and then the light turns off and then back on again and then off and nothing else happens it just stays off.
