After pushing the power button to turn set on, green light comes on and a light power charging sound comes from rear board near left side from looking at rear of set. Light goes out after 5 seconds and after 5 seconds the green power light comes back on along with the high pitch power charging sound again. This happens again a third time and then the power goes out for the last time. You have to wait about 2 minutes before being able to repeat this process again. Before the 2 minutes, nothing occurs. Please help me, a suggestion was to check the capacitor near the H out. No clue as to where H out is. Pleas help, Tom Young
