Question About RCA Projection Television HD61LPW52
tv wont turn on...

when i turn tv on the lite on eye comes on for 5 seconds and goes off for 4 seconds then comes back on for 5 seconds goes off for 4 seconds comes back on for 5 seconds then stays off
