I just installed my converter box and I do not receive CBS. Why am I having problems with this?

0 I have already set up the DTA800 converter and the closed captioning worked. Some family member played with the remote and now the closed captioning does not work. I reprogramed the whole system and started from scratch but after I do the settings for closed captioning it still does not work. I even went back to the oregial settings and started over. HELP
