Question About RCA TV Converter Box DTA 800
defective DTA 800 conversion box...

I bought 2 defective DTA 800 conversion boxes from Walmart..THey won't honor warranty because they were purchased over 1 yr ago...I tried to explain that the vouchers that the government sent out were to be used within 90 days..I tried explaining that the conversion didn't even take place until just a few weeks ago to no avail..Please help me with this problem my name is Debra Scott and my telephone number is 2083656490 Thank You.

0 sorry not much that you can do but buy an other box but this time not an rca!!!!! try out the one at radio shack. good luck
