Hello. I have 2 problems with my newly installed rca video converter DTA800B1. First, everytime I change channels, there is a huge blue square with channel info that popup, but it stays there from a few seconds. Is there a way of having it dissapear quicker? Second thing, is that the signal from the remote control is very weak. We need to be very close to the box. Is there a problem with the bateries? Thanks for your help
