I have lost the remote that came with the converte...

I have lost the remote that came with the converter box. How do I do a channel scan without it and how do I program a different remote to the box?

5 You cannot channel scan unless there are channel buttons on the converter box. You have to go to a store and buy a universal remote that works on converter boxes. There are codes and instructions that comes with the remote that will help u set up the remote to the converter box. Good luck :)
