1 I CNA NOT GET THE BOX PROGRAMED TO MY SYLVANIA 19 " WITH VCR BUILT IN I HAVE TRIED ALL 17 CODES 4 TIMES WITH NO LUCK??THE INSTRUCTION SAY TO ENTER THE 3 DIGIT CODE AND PRESS OK FOR CONFORMATION WHEN I PRESS OK THE LIGHT GOES OUT, BUT STILL STATIC HELP??WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????
