i touched the button on front of tv and now cannot...

i touched the button on front of tv and now cannot get it back to ch 3. remote wont do anything. nothing.screen says antenna conected. remote wont perform auto. its connected but i cannot change back to 3. lost help. channel 2 is real bad. button on tv goes to 4. cant watch this
