Question About RCA TV Converter Box DTA800B
No manuals...

I bought two of these converter boxes. One goes just on a TV in the bedroom and is stuck in Standby mode (wont turn on) and the other in livingroom I cant record to my VCR any channel other than what the box is on at the time. Need help.

3 My converter box is also stuck in standby mode. I cannot turn it on
