Question About RCA TV Converter Box None
rca digital converter box stb7766g1...

Remote will turn converter ready light on/off, but won't do anything else but wink the ready light. Snow on screen only. thanks

5 I assume you have your TV set with it's own remote to Channel 3 or 4
