I have an RCA flat screen tv/dvd combo @ 3 yrs. ol...

I have an RCA flat screen tv/dvd combo @ 3 yrs. old. Power light on lower right corner [red for off..blue for on]. Stays red & will not turn on by either directv controller, rca controller, or manual button on unit side. Suggestions?
