I have an RCA product, an LED TV/DVD Combo that I am having trouble trying to get the DVD to work. I had it working before but I am wondering if any of the dvd's or cd's I inserted did anything to the system. I keep getting the following message: Check label faces rear of TV, Check disc for marks or damage, Check disc is compatible type. I just tried it again today with brand new DVD and these messages kept coming up. Serial # is A1311105400002146. Any assistance would be appreciated.
