Question About RCA TV DVD Combo 13R400TD
rca lcd tv dvd combo...

When i turn it on it keeps turning on and off and again on and off.I try to took it apart pull the wire from the power switch then still did a same thing,disconnected the remote sensor still nothing.No visual capacitor or anything else.Thank you
