After tv is on for several seconds it begins to sw...

After tv is on for several seconds it begins to switch stations.Then it will stay on a station for several minutes again and turns off/on,or blinking as though it is trying to stay on.Then once on the station it will blink on on/off,staying off for 2/3 minutes on the last station selected.
