Cox DVR Remote #7820 will not operate the volume on an RCA 32"LED TV (mfd by ON Corp). RCA customer support says that is a known issue with all their TVs causing the need to useboth the Cable remote AND the TV remote. VERY STRANGE Is that a known issue?
